A sitting takes 60 — 90 minutes. We do not double-book.
First-time tattoo clients begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation.
Replies are sent within one business day, usually two.

How do I prepare for a tattoo sitting? +
Avoid caffeine and alcohol the night before. Bring reference photos if you have them — but only if. Most clients arrive with none, and we begin from the architecture of your face.
Can I cancel or reschedule? +
Yes — with 48 hours' notice, your deposit transfers to your next sitting. Inside 48 hours, half the deposit is held to honour the slot.
Do you offer gift vouchers? +
We do — written by hand, sent in cream linen envelopes. Send us a note and we'll prepare one within two business days.
Where is the nearest parking? +
Strathfield Plaza carpark is a three-minute walk. Strathfield station, two. We recommend the train.
